John Malin Lewis, M.D.

Dr. John Lewis completed a glaucoma fellowship at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. His interest and expertise in treating glaucoma make him a valuable member of our professional staff.

Dr. Lewis attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and Washington University Medical School in St. Louis.

Following an internship in Internal Medicine at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Dr. Lewis went on to the University of Kentucky Medical Center to complete his ophthalmology residency. He later returned to Washington University Medical School in St. Louis and completed a glaucoma fellowship.

An accomplished author, Dr. Lewis has published his research in national ophthalmic publications. Dr. Lewis is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners , is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a clinical lecturer at the University of Arizona. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is currently licensed in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah.
