Timothy A. Sinek, O.D.
Dr. Timothy A. Sinek provides comprehensive eye care with an emphasis on treating ocular disease, pre and post-operative patient care and working with the geriatric patient. He joins Southwestern Eye Center after 28 years of private practice in Northwest Iowa.
Dr. Sinek received his undergraduate education from the University of Northern Iowa and earned his Doctor of Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 1981. He started a private practice in Manson, Iowa and expanded this practice to the communities of Pocahontas and Rockwell City, Iowa. Dr. Sinek is proud to have brought quality eye care to that area.
Dr. Sinek is licensed to practice in Arizona, Iowa and Wisconsin and is certified in the use of both topical and oral medications related to the care of the eye. He has been a long time member of the American Optometric Association and the Iowa Optometric Association. He is a recent member of the Arizona Optometric Association.
Dr. Sinek and his wife Kathy live in Gilbert, Arizona. They enjoy spending time with their daughters, Jeni and Sondra, who are both nursing students. Dr. Sinek enjoys sailing, hiking, scuba diving and travel with his family.
