Lance Wozniak, M.D.
Dr. Wozniak is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and resided in the mid-west until 1971 when he moved to Arizona to complete his internship in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Wozniak is a general ophthalmologist that specializes in cataract surgery.
Dr. Wozniak has held several teaching positions around the nation. He was an Assistant Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology at Ohio State University Hospital and the Director of Cornea Service at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego, California.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and from there attended and graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Following his residency at Philadelphia Naval Hospital, he relocated to Columbus, Ohio. There he completed an additional year of training in corneal diseases.
Dr. Wozniak is licensed to practice in Arizona, California, and Nevada. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Wozniak and his wife Sharon have three children. In their free time they enjoy gourmet cooking, desert camping, and astronomy.
