Jay E. Chretien, O.D.
Dr. Jay Chretien provides primary optometric care with an emphasis in LASIK co-management, fitting contact lenses, diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease, and binocular vision disorders.
Dr. Chretien was raised in Portland, Oregon and received his Bachelor of Science at Oregon State University. He obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. While attending Pacific University, he completed an internship in Denver, Colorado that emphasized the visual management and rehabilitation of head-injury patients.
Dr. Chretien is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Optometry and is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
In his free time Dr. Chretien enjoys music, exercise, scuba diving, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
