Kristia Owens, OD

Dr. Kristia Owens enjoys providing all areas of optometric care. Her special interests are in ocular disease management and pediatric vision care.

Dr. Owens received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis and her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. While at the Illinois College of Optometry, she was a member of the Tomb and Key Honor Society and received several honors including recognition for her contact lens fitting skills. Since graduating in 1989, Dr. Owens has practiced in Mesa.

Dr. Owens is licensed to practice in Arizona, California and Oregon. She is a member of the Arizona, Central Arizona and American Optometric Associations. In addition to other community activities, she donates her time to Vision USA; a national program offering free eye care to people in need.

Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as traveling and gardening.
