Arlynn B. Roper, O.D.
Dr. Arlynn B. Roper provides primary optometric care including glaucoma identification and maintenance with an emphasis in the treatment and management of ocular diseases, pre and post-surgical eye care, and contact lenses. He worked as a dispensing optician and an optometric assistant prior to attending optometry school.
Dr. Roper grew up in Boulder, Colorado and received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He earned his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon and has been working in the Phoenix area since graduation.
Dr. Roper is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Optometry, and is a member of both the American and the Arizona Optometric Associations. In 1994 he was awarded the Wesley-Jessen Clinical Excellence Award for Contact Lenses.
Dr. Roper loves living in Arizona and he enjoys many outdoor and musical activities. Two years in Argentina helped him become fluent in Spanish. An Eagle Scout himself, he continues to serve the community and the scout program.
