Bradley Walker, O.D.
Dr. Bradley Walker attended Arizona State University and is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Walker interned at the Veterans Administration Outpatient clinic in Los Angeles, the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, and Arizona Low Vision Service, Phoenix, Arizona. After completing a one year fellowship in Ophthalmic Practice at Omni Eye Services of Phoenix, Dr. Walker served for almost two years as the Assistant Center Director. His work at Omni was focused on the diagnosis of disorders of the eye and visual system, therapeutic management, and post-surgical care.
Dr. Walker's clinical experiences include full scope optometric care with emphasis on disease detection, low vision, ocular photography/fluorescein angiography, and contact lenses. He served as a Low Vision Consultant for the Allergan Medical Optics AMD-100B teledioptric system for patients with cataracts and macular degeneration.
Dr. Walker enjoys community activities and has served as president of the Central Arizona Optometric Society, the Retinitis Pigmentosa Foundation, and the Gila Valley Rotary Club. He is currently the Scoutmaster of Troop 5736 and attained the rank of Eagle Scout himself.
Dr. Walker's greatest happiness comes from his wife Corey and family of five: Ryan, Aaron, Whitney, Ashley, and Kimberly. With three children married he feels extra blessed having their spouses added to his family and four wonderful grandchildren. He loves to spend time with family and friends camping, fishing, playing sports and anything else that brings them all together.
