Education and Medical Training

David pursued his undergraduate studies at The University of Victoria in Victoria, BC, where he earned an athletic scholarship for rowing. He then advanced to the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, where he honed his expertise.
Following his studies, he embarked on a career as a traveling fill-in optometrist, providing coverage across 13 states while being based in Phoenix before ultimately settling in Tucson.

As a dedicated professional, Dr. Fairley is an esteemed member of several professional organizations, including the Arizona Optometric Association (AZOA), the American Optometric Association (AOA), and the Southern Arizona Optometric Society (SAOS).

Personal Interests

When not tending to his patients, David likes to travel and golf. He maintains close ties with his family in the B.C. region and visits them once or twice annually.
