Dr. Laura-Liz Encarnacion provides comprehensive eye care, including managing various ocular diseases and pre- and post-operative care.

 

Dr. Encarnacion was born and raised in Southern California, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at San Diego State University. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Phoenix to attend optometry school at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Optometry. She completed external rotations at Southwestern Eye Institute in El Paso, Texas, Community Health Centers of Central California, and OMNI Eye Services in Atlanta, Georgia with emphasis in ocular disease and post-operative care.

 

Dr. Encarnacion is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Optometry and is certified in the use of topical and oral therapeutic medications as related to the care of the eye. She is a member of the American Optometry Association and the Arizona Optometric Association.

 

When she isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Encarnacion enjoys trying new restaurants, game nights, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her Shiba Inu, Mika.
