Dr. Michael Rollins is a primary care optometrist who provides full-scope eye care, including treatment and management of ocular disease, pre- and post-surgical care, and comprehensive exams for eyeglasses and contact lenses.

Education and Medical Training

Dr. Rollins was raised in Green River, Wyoming, and earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Spanish from the University of Wyoming. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. Rollins completed externships at the Eye Institute of Utah, the Portland VA Hospital, and Pacific University.

Accolades

Dr. Rollins is licensed by the State Board of Arizona and is an active member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. His team clinical thesis was published in the peer-reviewed journal of the American Optometric Association.

Personal Interests

Fluent in Spanish after living in southern Mexico for two years, Dr. Rollins enjoys auto mechanics, cycling, motorcycles, and alpine skiing in his free time.
