Education and Medical Training
Dr. Lee completed his medical school at Harvard Medical School, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the Stanford University School of Medicine Byers Eye Institute. He then pursued a glaucoma fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles Jules Stein Eye Institute. His extensive training has equipped him with the knowledge and experience to treat a wide range of eye conditions with the most advanced techniques available in ophthalmology.
Accolades
Dr. Lee is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the American Glaucoma Society. He served as a clinical faculty member at Stanford University School of Medicine from 2018 to 2025, where he trained residents and fellows and conducted clinical research, further contributing to the advancement of the field.
Personal Interests
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is passionate about staying active and enjoys running, hiking, and playing basketball. One thing Dr. Lee would like his patients to know about his care is, “I always welcome any questions patients may have about their care, and want to make sure they are comfortable and confident with their treatment plan.”
