Dr. Alex Bockhorst is from Lake Forest, CA. He graduated from California Polytechnic – San Luis Obispo in 2015. He then went on to attend Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry where he was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Society. He graduated in 2022 in the top ten of his class.

Dr. Bockhorst is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association (AZOA) and the American Optometric Association (AOA). As an optometrist, he enjoys helping patients with their primary eye care and looks forward to seeing patients at our new Glendale clinic. In his free time, Dr. Bockhorst loves playing golf.
