For those in the ocular professions, an interesting case has been found. During the course of the pre operative examination for LASIK surgery infiltrates were discovered on the cornea of the eyes. This was despite a mundane medical history. It was discovered that this young man was suffering from Thygeson’s superficial punctate keratitis (TSPK).
